Diana is a Realtor® with a colorful life and a unique set of experiences that have led her to the world of real estate. Her journey began with a passion for harness racing, where she worked as an assistant Program Director. After leaving the world of harness racing, she pursued a career in hospitality, where she honed her skills in customer service and learned the importance of building strong relationships with clients. 

Diana's professional career took a turn when she became a SAG franchised talent agent, opening two successful offices in Florida. She spent most of her career helping aspiring actors and actresses achieve their dreams in the entertainment industry. Her expertise in negotiation, marketing, and networking made her a sought-after talent agent in the industry.

Despite her success in the entertainment industry, Diana's love for travel and adventure led her to live in various locations, including Macau, Cleveland, and Miami Beach. In 2010, she moved to Vermont with her former husband, Jeremy, who was also a talent agent based in New York.

Diana fell in love with the natural beauty of Vermont and decided to make it her permanent home. She is excited to focus her attention on finding her clients the perfect place to call home, using the same care and dedication she used to focus on starting people's careers in the film and television industry. 

Diana is thrilled to have joined us at Coldwell Banker Carlson and looks forward to providing her clients with exceptional service and helping them find their dream home.
